Today was such a fun Sunday date day with my husband! Started the day with church, then went to a cat lounge in San Jose called Mini Cat Town. It was a lot of fun getting to know their cute little kittens! It took all of my self-control to not adopt one right then and there.
I briefly mentioned this in my About Me page, but I currently have two kitties: Chowder and Toofless. I’ve adopted them both about 3 years ago at the same time, and they have been living their best lives ever since. Our roommate, whom I’ve been living with for four years now, also have her own pets–two pups: Ella and Ziggy. Luckily, all of our four fur babies have bonded well over the last few years. However, since we all live in the same household, we’re at the city limit for the number of pets.

If you’re close to me, you know how much I love animals. Heck, my friends and family might joke that I prefer animals over humans. But since I can’t adopt any more until we move out, I have to scratch my itch of loving as many animals as I can by watching cute YouTube videos of animals, going to cat cafes, cat lounges, dog parks, adoption centers–you get the idea. So, since my husband likes to spoil me, he suggested going to a cat lounge as a date day idea!
The kittens of Mini Cat Town
There were so many adorable kittens with so much personality at Mini Cat Town! They also dressed some of them up since Halloween is coming up.

Unfortunately, I don’t remember most of their names. But, don’t despair! You can check out all their available kittens here. There’s this one kitty though that totally hammed it up with us and probably spent the most time with us. His name is Gawain:

And last but not the least, the little cuties with Halloween costumes! We have Pippin with a cute dino riding on his back, Sake as a sunflower, and this sleepy little kitty (didn’t catch the name) as a ferocious bat:

After an amazing time with the kitties at the cat lounge, Andrew and I had Japanese food, boba, and Cinnabon. Overall, a pretty awesome Sunday!
