These beef meatballs with bulgogi sauce are served with roasted carrots, ginger rice and sriracha crema.
Another HelloFresh meal for review! These beef meatballs were really flavorful. I was a bit skeptical in the very few ingredients the recipe told me to add to make the meatballs, but the bulgogi sauce in the meatball itself punched a lot of flavor! The ginger rice was delicious, and the only thing I did differently was that I used chicken broth instead of water to cook the rice in. I gotta say, I’m probably going to keep cooking my rice this way moving forward. It was so good!
I can’t speak much to the sriracha crema because I don’t do a lot of condiments. That’s where my husband comes in! While I’m the picky eater, Andrew eats anything and everything. He especially loves condiments and sauces, so needless to say, he was stoked to have ALL of the crema to himself, haha.
This is not a sponsored post. Let’s be honest; I’m too much of a rookie for that, haha. However, if you are interested in trying HelloFresh, you can use my referral link here to get $100 off (spread out in a few deliveries), and I get a $10 credit.
